Here is a list of steps to help you understand the process required to create your new identity.
Step 1 Briefing and Review
The first step is to download and return the completed the questionnaire.
Once we receive your initial completed questionnaire we will contact you for a consultation on your requirements. The purpose of this consultation is to fully understand how we can best support your business and we may offer advice and suggestions about how best to develop your brand to meet your specific business objectives.

Step 2 Competitor Research
We will carry out or own research into your key competitors. The purpose of this research is to gain a clear understanding of your competition and to provide the appropriate insight to begin to position your brand in the market. Once complete we will provide you with a report.
We will then provide a second consultation with you to asses this research. We can then begin to determine to appropriate direction for your brand.
Step 3 Tag line and positioning statement
For this next step we will carry out a brainstorming session. We'll provide you with a number of tag line and positioning statement option based on the research and agreed direction. You will have full involvement in this stage. Feel free to express your own ideas. We need to examine every possibility.
Step 4 Design
We will provide you with a logo design concept based around the brand direction. We will include the best taglines to help you further explore the appropriate solution. We'll work on the designs and make the necessary modifications until you a satisfied.
To give you a better understanding of how your brand identity will work. We will create generic samples and apply the new brand identity to various media such as; stationery letterhead, webpage or brochure cover.
We'll source an appropriate image which we will include in the layout and this image will be yours to keep and to use on future applications.
Step 5 Create Plus
The create plus package includes up to four sub brand options. We will provide you with a series of sub brands and artwork you may require for your additional products or services.
Step 6 Final Artwork
We will provide you with final proofs for your brand identity. We will at this stage correct any errors or minor changes that may have been overlooked. When you're happy that everything is perfect we'll provide you with all your artwork and brand documents.
