Brandkit Executive

Here is a list of steps to help you understand the process required to create and develop your brand. 


Step 1 Briefing and Review
The first step is to download and return the completed questionnaire. We will then send you a review brief with any other questions we might have. Once we receive your initial completed questionnaire we will contact you for a full consultation on your requirements. The purpose of this consultation is to fully understand how we can best support your business and we may offer advice and suggestions about how best to develop your brand to meet your specific business objectives.

Step 2 Competitor Research 
We will carry out or own research into your key competitors. The purpose of this research is to gain a clear understanding of your competition and to provide the appropriate insight to begin to position your brand in the market. Once complete we will provide you with a report.
 
We will then provide you with a second consultation to asses this research and begin to determine to appropriate direction for your brand. 

Step 3 Brand essence / Internal brand assessment 
We will provide you with an internal brand assessment document which should be distributed to all your staff. This document is confidential, the details of which you will not have access to. The confidentiality of this stage is important so that we can get open honest feedback from within your company.

We will provide you with a full report outlining the existing internal brand perceptions and culture within your company. The purpose of this process is to fully understand the ideas and perceptions of and within your company. We can then begin to address any issues that might hinder your brand expression. 

This stage adds value to your business and your brand development as it will provide your staff with a sense of involvement and give them a stake in the success of the brand; it encourages adoption and acceptance of the brand direction.

The next step is to consult with you to determine the appropriate strategy to begin to realign your internal culture so that you develop a clear and consistent brand message.

To keep your internal brand strategy on track we can to trouble shoot any persistent problems that may exist within your organisation by repeat this process again at a later stage.


Step 4 Naming

This service is useful for; new businesses that have not yet decided on the name for the business/brand, existing businesses that sees a need for a complete change and a new name, businesses thinking of expanding there products or services and need to create strong recognisable brand names. 
 
This process includes a consultation where we will address the 7 criteria for creating a brand name. Then we'll commence a brainstorming session and provide you with a list of options. During a second consultation we will asses the favourites and determine there suitability and appropriateness. If needed, we will provide a second round of brainstorming followed by a final consultation and agreement on the new brand name.

Step 5 Tag line and positioning statement 
For this next step we will carry out a brainstorming session. We will provide you with a number of positioning statements based on the research and agreed direction. You will have full involvement in this stage. Feel free to express your own ideas. We'll examine every possibility we can think of.
 
Step 6 Design
We will provide you with a logo design concept based around the brand direction. We will include the best taglines to help you further explore the appropriate solution and We will work on the designs and make the necessary modifications until you are satisfied. 

To get a better understanding of how your brand identity will work We will create generic samples of the new brand identity applied to a webpage or brochure cover. We will source an appropriate image which we will include in the layout. This image will be yours to keep and to use on future applications.

We will also provide you with a series of sub brands and artwork you may require for your products or services.


Step 7 Executive Plus
Executive Plus is an all inclusive branding and design package. We will provide you with designs and finished artwork for a wide range of visual elements

  • Sample web interface
  • Sample brochure
  • Vehicle signage
  • Stationery pack
  • Sample image of the brand applied to staff clothing
Step 8 Brand Guide 
We will provide you with a document describing the ethics and direction of the brand. It will contain detailed instructions for the use of your identity. You will have clear instruction for the application of your brand for web, signage, print etc.
 
Step 9 Final Artwork
We will provide you with final proofs for your brand identity. We will at this stage correct any errors or minor changes that may have been overlooked. You'll then receive your artwork and documents.
